At Civic Forum, we will take subject matter experts, their experience, wisdom, and perspective to cities around America. A lot less New York City and a lot more Nashville. We don’t want to occupy more space in Washington, DC, when we should be talking to people in Washington State.

The Civic Forum Series—will produce live, public events in second-, third-, and fourth-tier U.S. media markets focused on civic, policy, and scientific topics. Our goal is to elevate civic literacy, combat misinformation, and engage communities typically underserved by national institutions and top-tier media.

Our efforts will target communities with limited access to in-person, nonpartisan expertise and provide local residents with the opportunity to engage with leaders in areas like climate science, public health, constitutional law, economics, and technology ethics.

Just because someone doesn’t live in a big city doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have the opportunity to see, hear, and directly interact with some of the country’s freshest minds, biggest thinkers, focused on both the problems of today and the solutions of tomorrow.

In addition to our events, we will provide fresh perspectives on pressing issues through our website, social media, and podcast offerings.

Our first events will be next month! Sign up here to be the first to find out if we’re coming to your area!

You see it every day.

CEOs, wealthy elites, and media personalities sit on stage speaking to a captive audience in New York, Washington, or Los Angeles. Too often, they’re speaking to their colleagues, friends, and customers about issues that can directly affect Americans’ lives.

The biggest problem, though?
They’re not speaking to Americans.

We have an answer.
